Privacy Policy

Car Simulator : Open World (Open World) respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
1. What we collect
- Account data: email address, username, account ID, and hashed password, required for authentication.
- Game data: characters, vehicles, properties, progress (XP, level, in-game cash), active jobs, missions, and play sessions.
- Technical data: pseudonymous identifiers generated by the game, session logs used for anti-cheat, and position/vehicle info sent by the client for multiplayer functionality. In-game coordinates are virtual game locations, not GPS locations. We also store an installation hash to help prevent abuse of Photo Challenge entries and votes.
- Purchases: Google Play and Apple App Store purchases are validated on our server. We store product IDs, transaction or order IDs, purchase tokens, verification status, and the account receiving the purchased item to deliver and restore purchases, handle refund and revocation notifications, and prevent fraud. Payment card details are handled by the store and are not stored by us.
- Advertising and diagnostics: the Android and iOS game includes Yodo1 MAS and advertising partners, including Google Mobile Ads. These SDKs may collect and share IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, advertising and device identifiers, ad and app interactions, crash logs, and diagnostic data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. This does not mean the game requests precise GPS location.
- Player-created content: supported vehicle customization and marketplace listing content may be saved with your account and displayed to other players when you use those features.
- Photo Challenge: screenshots you explicitly submit from the game are stored privately and shown in the in-game gallery with your displayed player name and vote count. We store votes and reports for challenge operation, abuse prevention and administrator review.
- Social activity: club membership and convoy participation, distance and progress are stored to run shared activities and validate rewards.
2. How we use your data
- To create and protect your player account.
- To save your in-game progress and owned items.
- To calculate game rewards according to server rules.
- To detect abuse, cheating, or behavior that violates the rules.
- To respond to support requests.
- To deliver optional purchases, maintain ownership, serve ads, measure ad performance, and diagnose technical problems.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers (hosting, database, authentication) only to run the app. They process data under signed processing agreements.
Advertising providers may process the data described above under their own policies. See Yodo1 privacy information and Google Privacy Policy. Account, game, and purchase records are processed by our hosting, authentication, and database providers to operate these services.
4. Security
Authentication uses secure tokens. Economy operations run atomically on the server, and access to personal data is restricted by database-level security rules.
5. Cookies and local storage
The website uses local storage only to keep your authentication session. The Unity client may store settings and cosmetic data locally (paint, decals, custom vehicle text) on your device.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data and account by contacting the team through the admin panel or support email. Account deletion is irreversible and will erase your in-game progress. You can start a verified deletion request at Delete your account.
Removing a Photo Challenge entry or starting account deletion prevents new gallery access to that photo. Its JPEG is queued for deletion from private storage, with automatic retries if storage is temporarily unavailable. Account deletion also removes associated photo entries, votes and reports. Private weekly abuse-prevention records can retain installation and image hashes or opaque vote markers without the deleted screenshot, player name or account ID. These records do not display deleted content. A screenshot already downloaded or copied by another player cannot be recalled by us. Previously issued direct image links may remain usable until they expire or the stored object is erased.
The game displays the advertising SDK privacy and consent interface. Available choices depend on your region and the provider. You can also use Android settings to reset or delete your advertising ID, or manage iOS tracking permissions in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. Purchases and player-created customization are optional; choosing not to use them avoids submitting that content. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily disable all diagnostic or fraud-prevention processing.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Any significant change will be announced in-game or on the website before it takes effect.
8. Support and contact
For technical support, account issues, purchase questions, or privacy requests, email pridelexsoftware@gmail.com. Please include your player username, app version and a description of the issue. Never send your password or full payment card details. Apple and Google process refund requests through their respective stores.
